💼 FIU Onboarding

Note

  1. Only entities that are registered and regulated by the four Financial Regulators—RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and PFRDA—are eligible to participate as a Financial Information User (FIU) in the Account Aggregator Framework.
  2. Ensure all agreements are executed on ₹500 stamp paper.

Required Documents for Onboarding

Please provide the following documents to complete the onboarding process:

Account Aggregator Agreements**

Provide the duly filled agreements with the respective Account Aggregators and the Company. You may select one or more agreements, but it is preferable to choose at least two :

  • INK Account Aggregator Agreement: Agreement with Unacores AA Solutions Private Limited and the Company.

Company KYC Documentation

Please ensure you have the following information ready before completing the Customer Onboarding form:

Client Onboarding Form

  • Certificate of Incorporation: Provide the certificate of incorporation of your company.
  • GST Certificate: Ensure the certificate is clear and legible.
  • PAN Card: Scanned copy of your PAN card.
  • Cancelled Cheque: Ensure the cheque is clearly marked as cancelled.
  • NBFC Certificate: Scanned copy of your NBFC certificate.
  • Authorized Signatory Board Resolution: Scanned copy of the board resolution document authorizing the signatory.

  • Purpose Code - Purpose codes alignment with specific financial and regulatory use cases, clarifying the intent behind data requests in the Account Aggregator ecosystem. Download
  • *FIU Agreement with Technology Service Provider (TSP) - Unacores Solutions Private Limited: This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Unacores Solutions Private Limited will provide technology services to the Financial Information User (FIU).
  • **FIU Agreement with Account Aggregator: This agreement establishes the framework for the FIU’s interaction with the Account Aggregator (AA) to access consented financial data from customers.
